So I Tweeted Billboard and a guy from Billboard who made an announcement they were counting the $0.99 sales.
And I said “you do realize that Britney fans aren’t the only one mad about this right? Different fans from around the world are.”
And he said “oddly enough, I haven’t heard one word from them yet”
I call bullshit on that. You can’t be telling me that no Rihanna fan, Beyonce fan, Chritstina fan, Katy fan, or any other fan has said anything about this? No. I don’t believe that for one second. Considering when I go to other websites there are comments on posts and the people aren’t pleased and they aren’t necessarily Britney fans.
Way to throw Britney fans under the bus, bro. Way to be. >.<
Billboard changed its rules so Blackout couldn't get to #1
and that was really unnecessary.
But Gaga can sell her CD’s for 99 cents and they are okay with it and count it and don’t change the rules for when when that would be a legit reason to. It’s unfair to every other artist in the music industry.
They change the rules just so a certain artist can’t hit #1, but they leave it the same when another practically cheats. *smh*
And I wouldn’t be pleased about it no matter which artist sold their entire album for 99 cents.
Why is everyone complaining about Britney's lack of performing at the BBMA's?
First off, those weren’t her performances, they were Rihanna’s and Nicki’s. She can’t decide what she does in their performances. Not to mention, the Till The World Ends performance was probably that short because Nicki wanted to promote her new single, and the fact she was going on tour with Britney. And to promote the tour, she rapped her verse in TTWE and let Britney come out and “sing” the chorus because it would be rather dumb for her to rap the verse and to not have any Britney in it. They couldn’t do the entire song because performances do have a time limit. She can’t have time to do both songs in full. Britney’s appearance was like the cherry on top to Nicki’s performance. It was short and sweet and she was confident and fierce when she walked out on that stage. Nobody can complain that she doesn’t have confidence anymore or that she’s not into it anymore because she clearly showed otherwise.
Now the Rihanna performance, why is everyone complaining about this? I freakin’ loved that performance. Rihanna was all cool doing her own thing then it’s like “Hellooo Britney!” and me at home and the crowd there was like “OMG it’s Britney!” and then they did the a sexy performance. Their outfits and pole dancing weren’t skanky because well let’s face it, the song is called S&M, what are you going to expect? It was exactly what I expected to be honest. Chains, sexy outfits, ect. Loved it! And Britney seemed to be really enjoying herself out there and really showed that she still loves what she does and that’s exactly what her fans wanted to see. She wasn’t stiff or anything. And the lack of dancing in this song well like I said before, it’s Rihanna’s performance, not hers. If Rihanna wanted to do a sick dance routine, they would have, but instead she wanted to do something like this so they did. Rihanna didn’t dance and nobody is complaining about her. It’s just Brintey they are complaining about because she always brings the fierce dance moves. She can’t slay at dancing on stage and have Rihanna stand there and watch if that’s what you all were expecting.
And the lipsyncing… What the heck were you expecting? Britney Spears lipsyncs. If you didn’t know this by now, where you have been for the past 12-13 years? Everyone has a different style of performing, and lipsyncing is Britney’s. Other artists lipsync all the time but nobody complains about them, just Britney. Just because someone lipsyncs or doesn’t lipsync, dance or doesn’t dance, plays and instrument or not, writes their own songs or have someone else write for them, produce their own music or not, doesn’t make them any less of an artist than anybody else. And yes, that includes Britney Spears.
And to be honest, the lipsyncing is the big thing everyone is complaining about. It reminds me of 2003, you know when Britney’s performances were flawless so everyone just had to complain about her lipsyncing, like yesterday (besides the short appearance, and the outfits but people always complain about her outfits). To me this just proves to me she’s back on top. Love it.
I have to pick just one….? Damn that’s hard. I’m loving Hold It Against Me, but I also love Breathe On Me. Hold It Against Me is my favorite song at the moment, but my all-time favorite it Breathe On Me.
That ref had his head up his ass.
That goal from Chamakh should have counted. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I have no idea what the ref thought he saw.
That penalty on Ramsey should have been given. I don’t get what he didn’t see there.
***Our very own pop princess, now QUEEN OF POP, has a special announcement she would like to make.***
“you don’t like me, I don’t like you, it don’t matter. only difference, you still listen, I don’t have to. In one ear and out the other, I don’t need you. your words don’t stick, I ain’t perfect, but you ain’t either.”
